Planning area; In northwestern Turkey, Marmara Region, Department of Catalca-Istanbul, Istanbul Province, Beykoz, Göksu Quarter (Ref. Figure 1 is located in Figure 2 and Figure 3) limits. Beykoz is located in the west of the Kocaeli part of the Catalca-Kocaeli peninsula; Istanbul constitutes the northwestern border of Anatolian side. The district is bordered by the Black Sea in north, Bosphorus in West and Sarıyer District across Bosphorus. The 1st zone, which is located to northeast of Küçüksu Recreation Area, includes a part of 5 parcels 3 and the second zone to the west covers some unregistered areas.
