Location
In planning area was located on Turkey’s West, Central Anatolia region of the Aegean Region, Kütahya Province, Tavşanlı district, is located in Moymul neighborhood. Planning area is located approximately 5 km to the northwest of the residential area boundary of Tavşanlı District. It is 55 km to Kutahya City Center, 125 km to Bursa, 130 km to Eskisehir and 280 km to Istanbul and 370 km to Ankara. Ömerbey neighborhood and other neighborhoods of Tavşanlı districts are Balıkesir-Kütahya Road, which is an artificial threshold. To North East of planning area is Dumlupınar University Vocational School and Tavşanlı KYK Arslanbey Student Dormitory. To South area has residential areas with in borders of Ömerbey neighborhood.
Design Principles

- Ensure diversity and accessibility in open and green spaces,
- Creating comfortable and safe pedestrian axes for pedestrians, regardless of vehicle roads,
- Designing pedestrian axes to provide access between social urban equipment areas.
Structure of Land
A large part of the land was leveled in line with the zoning plan decisions in force. So in planning area has generally close to 0% slope degree. In slopes where gradual elevation increases are observed, slope degree rises above 30%. In planning area Hills rise in the northwest, west, and southwest directions and it is generally flat or close to the plain.
