Planning area to North has Kayabaşı Urban Development Area, to north is the Oyakkent Mass Housing Area, to East has Başakşehir Second Stage Houses and İkitelli Organized Industrial Zone, to West has Olympic Stadium-Olympic Park, to South has İSKİ Fatih Sultan Mehmet Han Water Ttreatment Station and to South has Ayazma 1st Stage Urban Transformation Area. This section covers the approximately 270 hectares of the approximately 275 hectares of Squatter Prevention Zone whose borders have been revised.
Structure of Land
Planning area shows a structure with ın accordance with valley character, decreasing slope from the eastern and western borders to the central axis of the planning area. This structure, middle axis appears valley floor and stream bed and wings appear as slopes and moving.
